Acuna will be out of the Titans’ campaign after confirming the injury when he underwent a test at the Medical City on Wednesday.

The 35-year old baller was rushed shortly to the hospital after colliding with Chris De Chavez of Platinum Karaoke in their match on Wednesday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

Acuna’s face was accidentally hit by De Chavez’s head midway through the match which Platinum won, 21-16.

Meanwhile, Purefoods reserve Antoni Bonsubre will take over Acuna’s spot.

The squad lost their two matches on Wednesday against Platinum Karaoke (21-16) and Pioneer Pro Tibay (21-20) and placed at the bottom of Pool C along with NorthPort.
