The 6-foot-3 Asian import scored double digits with 12 points and 8 rebounds in the match but was not enough to grab a win for the red and white team.

Meanwhile, foul trouble haunted Ravena’s teammates, with Kyle Hunt being whistled in for two early fouls in the first two minutes of the game and Stevan Jelovac charged for three in the first half alone.

With this, foul-prone San-En sent their opponents to the line more often ballooning a deficit to as much as a 16-point lead, which results in a 46-30 advantage in the third period in favor of Susanoo Magic.

However, Ravena’s squad managed to climb back into the game credits to the offense led by the imports and local star Hayato Kawashima, to cut the lead to five, 73-77.

But a crucial unsportsmanlike foul was called on Ravena which gave free throws and possession to Yasuhiro Yamashita with 25.3 seconds left in the game.

Yamashita was able to nail only a point in the line; San-En was able to make a stop which led to two freebies for Jerovatu to cut the lead to four, 78-74, with 21.9 seconds left.

Unfortunately, naturalized player Nyika Williams nailed the coffin for Susanoo Magic with a slam with 12.6 left in the clock.

San-En fell to a 2-10 slate while the opposing team tallied an even 6-6 win-loss record.

Jelovac put up a score of 23 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 assists, while Hunt garnered 10 points and 7 boards for the team.

While Hayato Kawashima collected 12 points, 6 steals, 3 assists, and 2 rebounds for the loss.

San-En imposed a foul-stricken squad with 24 total fouls that Shimane converted 17 of its 27 free throws.

De’Mon Brooks paced the win with 19 points, six rebounds, and four assists for Susanoo Magic. While Reid Travis and Perrin Buford helped with the victory with 17 points, and five boards and 15 points, eight rebounds, and two assists respectively.
