“It is very difficult for management upon consultation with our coaching team, to decide and announce that the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers will not be able to participate in this coming PVL Conference but will definitely join the next one,” said the team in a statement posted on its official Twitter account.

The statement also included that the squad was not able to have enough time to train due to logistic issues as well as players who have sustained injuries.

“We should have been training in a bubble earlier, but due to unfavorable logistical circumstances, we needed to move not only the venue, but also the start of our bubble training. Since it has been more than a year of no actual training, old injuries and even new, have surfaced.”

Nevertheless, the team affirmed that they are only withdrawing from the Open Conference, and not the whole season.

F2 Logistics is the second team to withdraw after Unlimited Athletics Club due to ‘lack of preparation.’

Currently, PVL will have 10 teams to see in action—BaliPure, Perlas Spikers, Cignal HD, Creamline, Chery Tiggo, Choco Mucho, PLDT, Petro Gazz, Philippine Army, and Sta. Lucia.
