The National University product had to sit out in their game against Toray Arrows after having trouble in the first set and was brought immediately to the hospital.

“Pag depensa ko tapos may tumunog. Akala ko wala lang pero nung tumalon ako wala na,” Bagunas said to Tiebreaker Times.

“As of now x-ray pa lang ang ginawa sa akin. Wala naman damage ang bone ko pero possible daw na MCL, pero need ko pa mag-MRI,” he added.

Fortunately, the 6-foot-5 star was issued to return to play in their following matches in the Division 1 men’s tournament and next week competing for the V Challenge match.
