TRAGEDY IN NATURE

As I hear the wind being blustery blown,

I know tomorrow, the sun will be outshone.

While the heavy rains continue to pour down,

I drowse on my bed and browse at my phone.

 

Everything seems to pass rapidly.

As just the single night leads up a tragedy

And many people lost abodes so briefly.

The said disaster took peoples’ homes sadly.

 

Devastating news keeps up on my feed.

Flash floods and landslides were up on the read.

People missing, floating cadavers on the speed

All were brought up by the typhoon indeed.

 

Tomorrow came and changed the scene.

The beauty of nature is nowhere to be seen.

Shattered properties light up the TV screen.

Making nature’s tragedy in discern
