ZAMBOANGA City Mayor John Dalipe lauded a graduate of the Unibersidad De Zamboanga who placed fourth in the Pharmacist Licensure examination.

Patrick Lorenz Guzman got 93.13 percent in the exam administered by the Board of Pharmacy in April 2023.

Guzman and his mother Evelina received a certificate of recognition from the mayor last May 11.

The university’s pharmacy department was also recognized for producing board topnochers since 2021.

Present during the recognition were Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy faculty Fatimae Mariano, Dr. Luis Bazan; Director Enber Pacheco; Philippine Pharmacists Association Zamboanga City Chapter Presidential Sharon Bucoy, PPhA Vice President Edsel Cariz Tiu and Marichelle Navarro.
