THE CITY government of Toledo turned over to the Department of Education four new covered courts for the Sangi Elementary School, Capt. Claudio Elementary School, Awihao Elementary School and Canlumampao Elementary School.

Toledo Mayor Marjorie “Joie” Perales
led the turnover ceremony attended by DepEd officials, barangay officials, school heads, representatives of the Federated Parents-Teachers Association, teachers and students.

“I challenge you all to use and take care of the instructional covered courts,” she said.

The recipient schools thanked the mayor and the city council for their support.

Toledo Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Joseph Irwin Lagura also thanked Perales for the support and assistance of the city government.
