SOME public schools spread Christmas cheer by distributing gifts to families.

For the eighth consecutive year, Likha Elementary School in Bacoor, Cavite implemented Oplan Pamaskong Handog and gave 300 families groceries for their Noche Buena.

“Salamat sa mga mag-aaral, magulang at pribadong indibidwal, mga kaibigan, stakeholders na nagbigay ng kanilang donasyon,” it said.

The Matungao Elementary School in Bulacan also had their gift-giving, initiated by the Parent-Teacher Association of the school.

Meanwhile, the Bagumbayan Elementary School provided grocery packs to 33 students from the PTA officers.

Some schools which also conducted gift-giving are the Vedasto R. Santiago HS in San Miguel; Filemon T. Lizan Senior High School in Navotas; San Jose Elementary School in Bulacan; Rizal Comprehensive NHS in Isabela and Villa Apolania Elementary School in Cavite.
