A MOTORCYCLE-RIDING man gunned down a public school teacher outside her home in Amadeo, Cavite on Wednesday, January 5.

Normita Bautista, 58, a resident of Brgy. Salaban, was shot in the head at 12:10 p.m., the Calabarzon regional police and Cavite Philippine National Police said.

Bautista was a senior high school teacher at the Tagaytay City National High School.

She was standing in front of her house when shot by the unknown assailant who was riding a neon green motorcycle.

Local authorities said that they are investigating to determine the assailant’s identity and motive of the killing.
