THE DEPARTMENT of Education has started distributing printers to various schools in Sarangani province.

A total of 481 printers were distributed in the first batch of deployment. Funds from the Sarangani Division’s Learning Resources Management and Development System were used to acquire the machines.

These will be used in the printing of materials for various learning modalities.

“Isang napakalaking karangalan para sa Kagawaran ng Edukasyon lalong-lalo na sa DepEd Sarangani ang makita at maramdaman na ang bawat isa ay nagtutulungan upang maitawid ang edukasyon sa gitna ng krisis,” Donna Panes, Curriculum Implementation Division chief, said.

“Ito ay patunay lamang na ang bawat stakeholder ng kagawaran ay may malasakit at pagmamahal sa mga bata na nais tuparin ang kanilang mga pangarap sa pamamagitan ng patuloy na pag-aaral,” Panes added.

Due to the Covid19 pandemic, the education department has shifted to blended learning approach this school year through the use of modules, online learning, and television or radio-based instruction.
