MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING FOR DISTRICT SUPERVISORS TO RISE IN DAVAO DE ORO
DAVAO de Oro officials held a capsule-laying and groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a P5-million building that is seen to help boost the operations of the Department of Education (DepEd) Monkayo District Supervisor – West District and East District.
The two separate ceremonies were conducted at the Monkayo Central Elementary School in Brgy. Poblacion, Monkayo and Muñoz Elementary School in Brgy. Union.
Officials said that the project will be a great help to district supervisors as it will organize the operation and development of schools within the district.
Davao de Oro First District Rep. Maricar Zamora thanked all the stakeholders for their efforts that led to the construction of the building.
“Maraming salamat sa patuloy na suporta at kooperasyon ng DepEd Monkayo, DPWH 2nd Engineering District Office at ng ating mga kontratista kasama ang Monkayo LGU upang mas maraming imprastraktura ang maitayo para sa pagpapaunlad ng Monkayo,” Davao De Oro First District Rep. Maricar Zamora.
Present during the event were Engr. Raffy Burgos from the Municipal Engineering Office, Sangguniang Bayan members Councilor Tata Esguerra, Allen Cabag and Jocelyn Burgos.
Also present were staff from DPWH 2nd Engineering District Office, District Supervisors and teachers of Monkayo CES at Muñoz ES.
