THE DEPARTMENT of Education Tarlac City Schools Division recognized Tarlac State University for being one of its stakeholders during the 2022 Education Week Celebration last week.

TSU President Dr. Arnold Velasco and Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr. Grace Rosete received the plaque of recognition on behalf of the university.

They also received individual certificates of recognition as representatives of TSU.

The TSU has been a partner of DepEd TCSD in its various programs and projects such as the school physical facilities development, particularly in the donation of office and school equipment and learning materials.

TSU is one of the 28 stakeholder awardees of the DepEd TCSD for 2022.

“The awarding of stakeholders during the Education Week celebration is a means to strengthen cooperation among stakeholders in education to support the necessary and significant changes to achieve quality and relevant education,” the university said.
