DEPED, NEAP CAR LAUNCH DEVELOPMENT COURSES PROJECT FOR PERSONNEL
THE DEPARTMENT of Education together with the National Educators Academy of the Philippines in Cordillera Administrative Region introduced development course project for DepEd-CAR personnel.
Project IDAULO (Instilling Development and Achievement for a Unified Leadership in the Organization) aims to further develop and enhance skills of the employees to produce innovation reforms in the office.
It also planned to close the competency gaps of each employee based on their Key Result Areas, hence the conduct of Competency Training Needs Assessment.
Faculty members of Benguet State University, College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Humanities Kara Salazar-Panolong, and Atty. Agustin Laban III were invited as guest speakers to tackle on Traditional and Digital Communication and Code of Ethics.
Meanwhile, OIC-Assistant Regional Director Florante Vergara also discussed on the Office Protocols and Organizational Culture.
The rest of the team discussed the Collaborative Teamwork and Professionalism in the Office, Proactive Utilization of the DepEd-CAR Helpdesk, and oriented the employees in terms of thinking strategically for research innovations.
The speakers also challenged all the participants to relive their purpose in joining the department, although it may be for professional growth, it is also ultimately for the children.
