THE DEPARTMENT of Education identified 12 schools in Region 7 that will conduct limited face-to-face classes.

DepEd-7 Director Salustiano Jimenez, however, did not disclose the names of the  schools.

He said that his agency and the Department of Health are constantly updating and cooperating to start the holding of in-person classes.

Jimenez gave assurances that schools where physical classes will be held are in areas with low Covid19 risk.

“They’re telling us hopefully by next week they can finalize everything and will notify all regional directors,” he said.

DepEd-7 will perform another round of inspections in schools that have been selected to participate in the pilot face-to-face classes.
