SOME schools  in Cebu City will be used as vaccination sites for the National Vaccination Days from February 10 to 12.

These  include the South Western University, University of Cebu College of Nursing Building, University of San Jose-Recoletos and Velez College.

Doctor Jeffrey Ibones, head of the City Health Department, said that they are ready for another round of mass vaccination.

“All is set. We had a meeting last night to discuss preparations at the different sites because we will be placing computers in these areas for encoding. We will be encoding everything to prevent additional backlogs,” he said.

Over 30 sites will be used as the venue for the three-day campaign.

Ibones said that the city plans to immunize children aged 5 to 11 on February 14.

This will be held at the Cebu City Sports Complex and in one private hospital.

Children with comorbidities will be vaccinated in a hospital setting.
