THE provincial government of Benguet hired 57 teachers whose contracts were signed by Governor Melchor Diclas on September 7.

Diclas said that the teachers will be deployed in 30 public Junior and Senior High Schools.

Their recruitment was under the Special Education Fund through the Provincial School Board.

The governor praised the teachers for taking the opportunity and expressed the hope that they will gain experience that will boost their career.

Diclas also stressed the need to construct additional classrooms and school buildings to create a favorable learning environment for students in the province.
