THE Antipolo City local government unit has finished the installation of 2,000 electric fans in all classrooms in the city.

According to the Antipolo City LGU, the purpose of installing the orbit fans is to make sure that the students as well as the teachers are comfortable while conducting classes.

This is also in response to the hot weather that is being experienced in the country today.

The local government has installed the fans in Tanza Elementary School, Bagong Nayon II Elementary School, and Peace Village Elem. School, Beverage Elementary School, Bagong Nayon II National High School and Bagong Nayon IV Elementary School.

More than 600 units of orbit fans are set to be installed in the new school buildings in the next few days under the leadership of the Electrical Division Group and City Engineering Office the LGU said.
