DAYCARE workers in Angeles City, Pampanga will get a P1,000 salary increase, the office of the mayor said.

“The City Government of Angeles, under the leadership of yours truly, would like to extend its utmost appreciation for all our Daycare Workers in Angeles City, who work tirelessly day-in and day-out to help us extend quality public service to Angeleños!” Angeles Mayor Carmelo Lazatin, Jr. said.

Daycare workers were reassigned to help assist the city with its operations since face-to-face classes were suspended because of the pandemic.

They help distribute food packs, do house-to-house survey for Covid19 vaccination, and help in community projects in far-flung areas.

“We recognize that this is a small amount compared to the tremendous amount of hard work you provide; nonetheless, we sincerely hope that you will not tire of joining us in continuously serving the Angeleños,” the mayor said.
