FORTY-ONE students of the Alternative Learning System in Bago City were assessed in reading, writing and interview skills during the Inter-District Revalidation of Portfolio Assessment.

ALS Specialists Sheleste Sormela and Emeliana Sayco led the assessment.

The students’ reading comprehension, essay writing, and interview response skills were evaluated, as well as their overall communication skills.

The assessment will determine if the learners are eligible for a Certificate of Completion. Those who will qualify can go on to further their study or look for jobs.

Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Neri Anne Alibuyog commended the ALS learners who participated in the assessment.

“They have worked hard to achieve their educational goals, and we are confident that they will continue to succeed in their future endeavors,” she said.
