87,866 STUDENTS IN BAGUIO CITY ATTEND F2F CLASSES
AT LEAST 87,886 elementary and high school students in Baguio City have so far attended face-to-face classes, an official of the Department of Education said on Monday.
City Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Federico Martin said that 67 public elementary and secondary schools in the city have reopened their facilities to the students.
Martin said that only 5 elementary schools are holding full face-to-face classes while the others are into blended learning.
“There are 2 modes of classes, the full in person classes where there will be 5 days of face-to- face classes and the blended learning where there will be some days that will be devoted to face- to-face classes and a few days for online classes,” he explained.
He reported that the opening of classes in the city “went on smoothly.”
