RIZAL Fourth District Representative Fidel Nograles has urged the government to establish additional training facilities for the youth.

Nograles, chairman of the House Committee on Labor and Employment, made the call as he joined the nation in commemorating the death anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal on December 30.

The solon cited Rizal’s famous line “Ang Kabataan ang Pag-asa ng Bayan”.

The lawmaker further stressed the importance of the need to provide youth with the proper skills they can use to achieve their goals.

He explained that youth can compete with the global labor market if they are provided with better knowledge and skills.

Nograles said the government can open a partnership with private institutions in establishing training centers that will focus on youth to be future-proof.
