VICE President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte-Carpio has visited Dauis Central Elementary School in Dauis, Bohol to know the current situation of the school.

On March 6, Duterte-Carpio visited Grade 5 and 6 students in their classrooms and explained the importance of education.

“Bilang Kalihim ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon nais ko pong personal na nabibisita ang mga eskwelahan at nakakausap ang mga estudyante, mga guro at mga principal,” she said in a post.

As the Vice President has been visiting schools, she said that Department of Education has been implementing projects to provide the needs of the students.

“Sa pamamagitan nito, naipapaabot kaagad sa ating Kagawaran kung ano ang mga hakbang na gagawin upang masolusyonan ang mga kakulangan at mga problema sa ating mga eskwelahan,” Duterte-Carpio said.
