VICE President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte-Carpio has led the 16th Education Forum that served as the consultation and collaborative research in basic education.

The Education Forum, held last May 13, aims to establish a platform of consultation and collaborative research in basic education to address critical issues in implementing quality education and raising its standards.

Duterte-Carpio said she values such activities as they believe that education is the responsibility of all Filipinos.

“Patuloy tayong maglilingkod at maghahanap ng mga paraan upang matulungang maiangat ang kalidad ng edukasyon sa ating bansa.”

The Vice President expressed her gratitude to those who have attended the event, from government agencies, private organizations, development organizations, and civil society organizations.

“Kinikilala natin ang kahalagahan ng kanilang pakikilahok, at pagpapahayag ng kanilang mga mungkahi,” she said.
