VICE President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte-Carpio joined the fourth founding anniversary of City College of Davao on Saturday (27 Jan 2024).

During her speech, Duterte-Carpio emphasized the importance of education to students, stressing that it would be their key to a “good future.”

“Sa pamamagitan nito, maraming magagandang oportunidad ang magbubukas para sa kanila na magiging tulay upang makamit ang kanilang mga pangarap,” the Vice President said.

She also extended her appreciation to the local government and stakeholders for their support in the education sector.

“Let us persist in our collaborative endeavors to guarantee that every youth in Davao is endowed with the opportunity to pursue higher education and actualize their aspirations for a superior existence.”
