THE UNIVERSITY of the Philippines Diliman got a perfect passing rate in the Master Plumber Licensure Examination this year as all of its 19 examinees made the mark.

The Camarines Norte State College-Daet placed second with 83.33 percent passing rate, followed by the Catanduanes State University Virac with a rating of 82.61 percent.

The Professional Regulation Commission said 1,900 out of the 3,705 examinees passed the exam held in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, and Tacloban.

Michaelle Angela Pancho Arnedo of the University of San Carlos topped the exam with 87.20%.

She was followed by Eric Joseph Creencia Tenorio of UP Los Banos who got 86% and Jhudiel Salivio Umandal of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with 85.90%.
