UNIVERSITY OF MINDANAO GRADUATE TOPS CRIMINOLOGIST LICENSURE EXAM

A GRADUATE of the University of Mindanao topped the recent Criminologist Licensure Examination.

Lyren Carel Togonon Garcia landed on the top spot after scoring 90.70 percent.

Meanwhile, Arianne Patagan Supat of the Naval State University came in second with 90.30 while Carl John Pujeda Dela Torre of the University of the Cordillera ranked third with 89.60 percent.

University of Manila graduates John Roed Tubesa Esmero and Al-Nashrin Nasirin Mindug placed fourth and fifth with 89.45 and 89.40 percent rating, respectively.

The Professional Regulation Commission said that 12,698 out of 41,913 examinees passed the test given by the Board of Criminology in June in 19 testing centers across the country.

Meanwhile, with a passing percentage of 94.37%, the University of the Cordilleras emerged as the top performing school in the board exam.

It was followed by the University of Iloilo with a rating of 84.48%.
