TESDA GETS HIGHEST APPROVAL AND TRUST RATINGS IN PUBLICUS SURVEY
THE Technical Education and Skills Development Authority remains the most approved and trusted government agency, a survey conducted by PUBLiCUS Asia showed.
The 3rd Quarter PAHAYAG Survey showed that TESDA got 75 percent approval rating, higher than the 72 percent in the second quarter survey.
TESDA was followed by the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Department of Science and Technology that both got 67 percent approval rating.
Meanwhile, TESDA was also the most trusted government agency after tallying a 61 percent trust rating, higher than its 2nd quarter score of 58 percent.
It was followed by the AFP with 57 percent trust rating, and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, 56 percent.
TESDA Director General Suharto Mangudadatu thanked Filipinos for their support of TESDA and vowed that the agency will continue to improve its programs and services to upskill and reskill the Filipino workforce.
“TESDA remains committed to its mandate of upskilling and reskilling the middle-level Filipino workforce. We shall further strengthen our programs and services, and bring them closer to the communities,” the TESDA chief said.
The PUBLiCUS Asia 3rd Quarter PAHAYAG Survey was conducted from September 7 to 12 with 1,500 respondents nationwide.
