THE TECHNICAL Education and Skills Development Authority aims to improve its services and serve more Filipinos by establishing more TESDA Technology Institutions and innovation centers.
During the agency’s 27th founding anniversary and National Tech-Voc Day celebration, TESDA director general Isidro Lapeña recognized the initiatives of partner agencies and individuals who helped the institution to continuously improve the technical and vocational education and training in the country.
“We also move towards creating opportunities to innovate our programs and services in order for the country’s workforce to meet the challenges of the 4th Industrial Revolution,” Lapeña said.
“I know that we can bring TESDA at the forefront of modern and innovative technical vocational education and training,” he added.
TESDA, Lapeña noted, is now focused on establishing 4.0-ready TESDA Technology Institutions and innovation centers.
