THE COLLEGE Editors Guild of the Philippines urged the Commission on Elections to stand by its mandate and take appropriate action and demand better election processes during these extraordinary times as watchdogs report various accounts of disinformation and electoral fraud.

The CEGP officer said the call should be taken seriously considering the election will take place for the first time under a pandemic and the fifth time using the automated system.
