SENATOR Christopher ‘Bong’ Go urged around 5,000 aspiring teachers to stay committed to their profession, emphasizing their role in shaping the nation’s future leaders.

Speaking at the Dr. Carl E. Balita Review Center’s Ultimate Final Coaching series for Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), Go said, “Education is the key to a better future, and the youth are the hope and future leaders of our country.”

He acknowledged the challenges aspiring teachers face, noting their sacrifices of sleepless nights, hard work, and endless studying. “Remember, all this effort will lead to a brighter tomorrow,” he added.

The event coincided with World Teachers’ Month, giving Go a platform to express his gratitude for the dedication of Filipino teachers. He underscored the vital role of teachers in nation-building and emphasized their perseverance in molding the youth.

“On this occasion, I also want to give special recognition to our teachers. You are the true heroes of our nation, guiding the youth toward a brighter future,” Go remarked.
