SENATOR TO GOV’T: GET PUBLIC PULSE ON FEMALE STUDENTS JOINING ROTC
SENATOR Christopher “Bong” Go wants the government to conduct a survey to find out the public pulse on the inclusion of women in the Mandatory Reserved Officers Training Corps.
SENATOR Christopher “Bong” Go wants the government to conduct a survey to find out the public pulse on the inclusion of women in the Mandatory Reserved Officers Training Corps.
He urged the Commission on Higher Education, the Department of National Defense and other agencies to carefully study the recommendation to include first and second year female students in the mandatory ROTC program.
He added that if female students are physically fit and they are willing to undergo the training, they are welcome to join the program.
