SENATOR Christopher ‘Bong’ Go stressed the need to invest in the education of learners for their bright future and the development of the country, as a whole.

The senator made the statement during the opening of the New Guagua Community College Building and Student Center in Pampanga.

The new facilities were funded by the national government through Go’s support as vice chair of the Senate Committee on Finance.

The new facilities are expected to benefit the 1,200 bona fide students present during the inauguration, providing them with modern educational spaces conducive to learning.

Go has also supported a range of infrastructure improvements throughout Guagua.

This includes the enhancement of local roadways in Barangay Pulungmasle, which will facilitate better transport connections within the municipality, reducing travel times and improving access to markets, healthcare, and education.

The construction of multiple multi-purpose buildings in various barangays will also provide versatile spaces for community events, disaster relief operations, and cultural activities.
