/ 10 September 2025

THE SECOND day of the 2025 Bar Examinations will take place on Wednesday, September 10, with thousands of aspiring lawyers expected to return to testing centers nationwide.

According to the Supreme Court, the morning session will cover Civil Law, while the afternoon session will focus on Labor Law and Social Legislations.

Day 3 of the month-long examinations is scheduled for September 14. Candidates will tackle Criminal Law in the morning, followed by Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics, and Practical Exercises in the afternoon.

This year’s Bar is the largest in history, with 11,437 examinees—nearly double the number recorded a decade ago. Of the total, 5,214 are first-time takers, 6,673 are women, 206 are senior citizens, and 241 are persons with special needs. The youngest examinee is 24 years old, while the oldest is 80.

The results are expected to be released by early January 2026, with successful candidates set to take their oath and sign the Roll of Attorneys by February.
