REP. Ma. Alana Samantha Taliño Santos witnessed the contract signing and orientation for the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers program of the Department of Labor and Employment for the beneficiaries from the municipalities of Matalam, M’lang and Tulunan in Cotabato.

The TUPAD program provides emergency employment for displaced workers, underemployed and seasonal workers.

Santos urged the beneficiaries to report any form of abuse or irregularities in the implementation of the program.

The lawmaker gave assurances that Team Serbisyo At Malasakit and the provincial government of Cotabato are doing their best to provide opportunities and bring in programs and projects to benefit residents.
