RECOGNIZING that reading is a fundamental part of learning, the City of Malabon University has launched a Capability Building Training program for 144 learning facilitators.

The training serves as preparation for the upcoming implementation of TARA BASA, a program aimed at helping children improve their reading skills.

This initiative, in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development, seeks to enhance the reading proficiency of child beneficiaries and foster a genuine love for reading.

Through structured tutoring sessions, children will have the opportunity to strengthen their foundational literacy skills—equipping them for future academic success.

The program reflects Malabon’s strong commitment to quality education and youth development.
