THE PROFESSIONAL Regulation Commission will conduct licensure examinations in May and June this year.

Palace Spokesman Harry Roque said the government allowed the PRC to push through with the exams on the condition that these will be held in strict compliance with health protocols.

“Examinees from areas under General Community Quarantine are strongly discouraged from traveling to areas under Modified General Community Quarantine to prevent Covid19 transmission to low-risk areas,” Roque said.

On Friday, the Philippines had its highest single day virus count — 9,838.

This pushed the total number of cases to 702,856.
