PRC POSTPONES WRITTEN PHASE OF OPTOMERIST LICENSURE EXAM
THE PROFESSIONAL Regulation Commission postponed the written phase of the optometrist licensure examinations in Cebu because of the damage wrought by Typhoon Odette.
The commission said electricity and internet connection remain unstable because of the typhoon.
“PRC informs the public that the December 27, 28, and 29, 2021 Optometrists Licensure Examination – Written Phase in Cebu has been cancelled due to the devastating aftermath of Super Typhoon Odette,” it said.
Affected examinees in Cebu shall be included in the next scheduled exams without forfeiture of their fees.
Meanwhile, the OLE in the National Capital Region, Davao, and Rosales will proceed as scheduled.
PRC advised examinees to check its website and social media accounts for updates.
