POWER Mac Center, the leading distributor and reseller of Apple products in the country, will give discounts to buyers who will donate their old iPhone units to students in need of gadgets for distance learning.

A P5,000-discount will be given to users who will surrender their iPhone SE, 6S plus, 7 and 7 plus. Users who will donate their iPhone 8, 8 plus, X, XR, XS, XS Max and 11 will receive a P7,000 discount. Those who will donate their iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max, meanwhile, will get a P10,000 discount on their next iPhone purchase.

Power Mac will donate the old iPhone units to schools who need them the most through the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation. The foundation, which originally gives boats to children in far flung areas as a mode of transportation, has been providing educational materials to children affected by the Covid19 pandemic through its project Hope in a Box.

Power Mac said it will also accept any smartphone for donation. The promo will run until September 15, 2020.
