PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Sunday vowed to rebuild schools in Ilocos Norte that were damaged by Typhoon Marce.
Marcos made the statement during his visit to Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.
Meanwhile, Marcos promised to continue helping typhoon victims until their lives return to normal.
