PASIG City Vice Mayor Christian ‘Iyo’ Caruncho-Bernardo has started the distribution of WiFi Modems and P500 prepaid loads to the winners of his Balik Eskwela Raffle program for elementary students.

Bernardo announced the winners through a Facebook post.

The vice mayor distributed 60 units of WiFi modems and 60 pieces of P500 prepaid load cards.

The mayor launched the raffle program on September 21 to help students cope with distance learning.

Bernardo said another raffle will be held, this time for high school students.

He added that a raffle will also be conducted for college students.

Aside from the raffle prizes, the vice mayor also distributed sneakers to students who graduated with high honors from public and private schools in the city.

“Ito po ay para lalong ganahan ang ating mga kabataan na mag-aral nang mabuti. Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng mga magulang, guro at kabataan!” Bernardo said on Facebook.
