PARTY-LIST GROUP URGES GOV’T TO FUND SAFEGUARD MEASURES FOR F2F CLASSES

/ 14 March 2022

KABATAAN Party-list urged the government to boost the confidence of students, teachers and parents in attending limited face-to-face classes by providing funds to boost health measures.

“Dapat ding maglaan ng special medical fund para sa mga magkakasakit ng Covid19 kaysa magpataw ng dagdag-bayarin sa porma ng insurance fees,” the group said.

It made the call as it welcomed the government’s decision allowing 100 percent seating capacity in classes.

At the sane same time, the Kabataan Party-list expressed concerned with the “no vax, no entry policy.”

Government should hasten nationwide vaccination instead of punishing the unvaccinated,” said Kabataan Party-list National President Raoul Manuel.
