MAY libreng YouTube tutorials sa journalism at television reporting si veteran journalist Kara David.

Ayon kay David, noong una’y plano lamang niya na turuan ang mga guro subalit kalauna’y naisip niyang tulungan na rin ang mga estudyante, lalo na ang mga gustong pasukin ang mundo ng pagiging peryodista.

“I originally made this video for the teacher broadcasters of DepEd. I decided to re-edit it and modify it to help students and aspiring TV journalists,” sabi ni David.

Dagdag niya, ito ay mula sa kanyang karanasan sa 20 taong pagiging broadcast-journalist.

“Note that these tips are based on my 20 years experience on television. They are not supposed to be the standard for all TV writing 🙂 Enjoy!”

Nagkaroon ng teacher-broadcasters matapos na ilunsad ng Department of Education and radio at television-based lectures para sa distance learning.

Labis namang natuwa ang mga estudyante nang makita nila ang tweet ni David.

Si David ay tatlong taon nang nagtuturo ng Journalism sa University of the Philippines.
