LGUs SUSPEND CLASSES BECAUSE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER
THE INCLEMENT weather prompted some local officials in the National Capital Region to suspend classes on Tuesday, September 20.
Valenzuela City Mayor Wes Gatchalian suspended afternoon classes in all levels in public and private schools. Work in government offices, except emergency response offices, and the administration of Covid19 vaccines was also suspended.

The city governments of Caloocan, Navotas, Parañaque, Malabon, Las Piñas and Taguig also suspended classes in all levels in both public and private schools because of the intermittent rain.

“Suspendido na po ang mga klase ngayong araw, September 20, 2022 (Tuesday) in all levels both for public and private schools sa Lalawigan ng Rizal dahil sa masamang lagay ng panahon dulot ng Hanging Habagat,” Ynares wrote on Facebook.
