VOTING registration sites will be placed in leading universities as part of the Register Anywhere Project by the Commission on Elections.

“(Magkakaroon na ng) registration sites sa ating mga leading universities and colleges. Asahan na po ito na gagawin natin sa lalong madaling panahon,” Comelec spokesperson John Rex Laudiangco said.

Laudiangco said January 2023 is the intended start date, and the Comelec has already begun coordinating with the Commission on Higher Education and the Department of Education.

“Sa MRT at LRT, may posters na rin po diyan. Tumutulong ang Department of Transportation pati din po ibang terminal para maipakalat po sa ating mga kababayan ang registration na nagaganap,” he said.

The sites will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from December 17 until January 22, next year.
