ELECTRICAL ENGINEER LICENSURE EXAM TOPNOTCHER IS EASTERN SAMAR STATE U GRADUATE
A GRADUATE of Eastern Samar State University-Borongan topped the Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission this month.
Felipe Acol Jimenez Jr. led the successful examinees with a score of 94.10 percent.
King Joshua Duldulao Arzadon of Saint Louis University came in second with 90.95 percent, while Gino Anthony San Andres Dayo of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela ranked third with 90.65 percent.
The PRC said 2,467 out of 4,914 examinees passed the licensure exam.
University of Santo Tomas was named the lone top performing school with 83 out of 92 or 90.22 percent of its takers passing the exam.
For the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination, Capiz State University-Main Campus graduate Kin Basa Amata made it to first place by garnering a percentage rating of 95.
Amata had the highest score among 2,433 successful examinees.
He was followed by John Mark Sampaga Licunan of Isabela State University-Iligan with 94.50 percent and Christian Degala Huenda of Capiz State University with 94.
The top performing school with 50 or more examinees with at least 80 percent passing percentage are Sorsogon State College (85.19); Batangas State University-Alangilan (82.76); and Bohol Island State University-Tagbilaran (81.58).
