DEPED’S OPLAN KALUSUGAN LAUNCHED IN MUNTINLUPA
THE DEPARTMENT of Education launched its Oplan Kalusugan in Muntinlupa City to promote the six pillars in the implementation of school-based nutrition and health programs.
The six pillars are Feeding Program, Wash in Schools, Adolescent Reproductive Health, National Drug Education Program, Mental Health and Medical, Dental and Nursing Services.
The program was held at the Alabang Elementary School.
Schools Division Office-Muntinlupa City Superintendent Dr. Carlene Sedilla and Committee Chairperson on Education Councilor Jedi Fresnedi and the city’s Health Office head, Dr. Juancho Bunyi, led the event.
“Ipinakita sa programa na ito ang pagbibigay prayoridad sa kalusugan at kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral upang magsumikap ang lahat tungo sa ligtas at masayang kinabukasan, sa pamamagitan ng pangangalaga ng pangkalahatang kalusugan,” the city government of Muntinlupa said.
