DEPED PROHIBITS UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ITS OFFICIAL SEAL AND LOGO
THE DEPARTMENT of Education has prohibited the unauthorized use of its official seal and logo.
In an advisory, DepEd reminded the public that its official seal and logo are protected visual marks that symbolize the integrity and authority of the Department.
“DepEd reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals or organizations found using its seal or logo without authorization,” it added.
On May 18, DepEd also debunked a Facebook post claiming the addition of Grade 13 in senior high school for the school year 2025–2026.
The Department urged the public to remain vigilant against misinformation.
“Para sa opisyal na mga anunsiyo at impormasyon tungkol sa basic education, bisitahin lamang ang official DepEd Philippines social media accounts,” it said.
