THE DEPARTMENT of Education in Baguio City launched an app, DepEd Baguio CCApp, designed to help learners, parents, and teachers send their feedback regarding the services of the department.

This will help the department improve its programs for the opening of the school year 2020-2021.

The DepEd Baguio Customer Communication App is an android mobile app that collects customer’s feedbacks, suggestions or inquiries and complaints, in which according to RA 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, will streamline the current systems and procedures of government services.

The app is available for download in Google Play Store.

Meanwhile, DepEd Cordillera Administrative Region also launched a YouTube channel titled “DamiKnow” to support the blended distance learning in the region. The learning resources available in the channel can be downloaded by parents, teachers and learners.
