STARTING January 1, 2025, public school teachers in Caloocan City will receive an increased monthly augmentation pay of P2,000.

This initiative fulfills a promise made to support and show appreciation for the dedication and hard work of Caloocan’s educators.

Addressing the city’s teachers, Caloocan City Mayor Along Malapitan expressed gratitude for their unwavering commitment to providing quality education to the youth, emphasizing the importance of their role in shaping the community’s future.

“We hope that you continue to be our partners in delivering quality education for our children,” Malapitan said.

The local chief executive also wished everyone a Happy New Year as the city government reaffirmed its dedication to promoting Aksyon at Malasakit.

The increase in augmentation pay underscores the city’s commitment to supporting its public school teachers and enhancing the education sector.
