CALOOCAN CITY OPENS ENROLLMENT FOR FREE SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAMS

CALOOCAN City Mayor Dale Gonzalo ‘Along’ Malapitan announced that enrollment is now open for free skills training programs at the Caloocan City Manpower Training Center (CCMTC), giving residents an opportunity to acquire industry-relevant skills and certifications.

In a social media post, Malapitan encouraged “Mga Batang Kankaloo” to take advantage of the city’s training initiative, which offers more than 20 courses across various sectors.

The available programs cover technical and digital skills, automotive and mechanical repair and maintenance, hospitality and food services, as well as fashion, beauty, and wellness.

The CCMTC aims to equip Caloocan residents with practical competencies that can enhance employability and create livelihood opportunities.

The training program forms part of the city government’s continuing efforts to expand access to skills development and workforce-readiness initiatives.
